Privacy Request

This page is for exercising any of your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We honor these rights for all visitors, not just California residents.

What you can request

• Access: a summary of the information we have on you.
• Deletion: that we delete your information (with minimal legal exceptions).
• Correction: that we fix incorrect information.
• Do not sell: formalize your right that we don't sell your information (we don't, but the right is guaranteed).

How we process your request

1. We receive the request and send you a confirmation by email.
2. We verify the request is legitimate (we may ask for additional info to confirm identity).
3. We process the request.
4. We respond with the result within 45 days.

For complex requests, we may extend the deadline by another 45 days with prior notice. It's rare.

Information we need to verify identity

For access or deletion requests, we may ask for additional information to confirm the request is coming from you and not someone else. That protects your information from fraudulent requests.
